Safety First!

There's nothing quite like the bond between a person and their pet cat. But before your furry friend can make themselves at home, there are some steps you need to take to ensure that your house is safe for them.

For starters, check out those trailing leads! Cords left lying around can be very tempting for cats looking for a good time, but they can be dangerous too. So don't forget to tuck all those cables away safely and out of reach.

You should also double-check any nooks and crannies in your house where cats may try to hide or get stuck in, like inside drawers or behind furniture. And when it comes to leaving food scraps lying around... well, we all know how irresistible those can be for cats! But these could lead to your pet getting an upset stomach or worse, so make sure you clean up any leftovers before your cat arrives.

Finally, don't forget about the objects and beauty products in your bedroom that are often just within paws-length of a curious feline. If they get their paws on certain items, it might not end well, so it's best to keep them locked away where there's no chance of kitty getting into trouble!

With these simple steps taken care of, you can now relax and start enjoying the company of your new feline friend, knowing that your home is safe for them.

Have fun!
