It Takes A Village

Take baby steps just as you would with a child.

It's important to remember that your pup is like a human child when it comes to learning how to socialize.

Just as you wouldn't expect a toddler to master the art of conversation in one night, don't be too hard on yourself or your pup if they're not mastering the basics right away.

Instead, focus on making progress each and every day! You'll both be better off for it. And who knows, maybe soon enough, your pup will be out at the dog park, making friends left and right!

Being patient with your pup's development is key. With plenty of love and guidance, you can make socialization something for them (and you!) to look forward to, just take it day by day.
